Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. Organization owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and the permissions they grant.

Don't use Surf Tasks to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt to access other organizations' data, or disrupt the service.

You own everything you put into Surf Tasks and everything agents produce for you — tasks, notes, files, drafts, and work products. You give us permission only to host and process it to run the service for you.

AI agents can suggest, draft, and execute work, but AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing work before approving it. No agent can mark a task complete without human approval.

If you add your own AI provider keys or connect services like Google, Granola, Fathom, or Fireflies, you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and for any fees they charge.

Surf Tasks is currently offered as a free beta. When paid plans launch, prices will be shown before you subscribe, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep Surf Tasks reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms and will note the date above when we do.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Surf Tasks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Surf Tasks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled after deletion.
